Growing up, breakfast was always more than just a meal for both of us — it was how we showed love.
Dennis grew up in Pittsburgh, creating handwritten menus for his brother to choose from each morning… even though there was usually only one option — an omelet with a side of toast. Brandy, originally from Baltimore, made breakfast for her sister, often serving eggs with scrapple and toast. Those early mornings planted a seed we didn’t even realize was growing.
For more than 25 years, we each worked in careers where customer satisfaction was the utmost priority. Taking care of people, anticipating needs, and making someone’s day just a little better has always been part of who we are.
Now, as the proud owners of Miss Molly’s Inn Bed & Breakfast in Chincoteague, we’re stepping into the next chapter of our lives — one that feels like it was written for us all along.
The history of Miss Molly’s and the charm of Chincoteague mean so much to us. We’re honored to be part of its story and to welcome guests into a place where breakfast is still made with heart, tradition matters, and hospitality feels like home. Sincerely Brandy and Dennis Hardee
