Your Chincoteague Breakfast

Gourmet Breakfast is Served Daily

Freshly brewed coffee is available from 7:30 a.m. every morning to enjoy in the lovely screened in porch or to take to your room. Your gourmet breakfast is served in the dining room at 9 a.m. Breakfast is set with antique china and special cloth napkins, there is always freshly brewed Italian Roast Coffee, English tea, and fresh orange juice. We start with a fruit course, for example: blueberry compote from local blueberries served with Greek yogurt, lightly sweetened with Vermont maple syrup and vanilla. Poached pears in a fresh raspberry coulee or iced minted local melons. Your fruit will be accompanied by a delicious homemade breakfast pastry of our creation, examples include puff pastry cherry tarts, blueberry pecan crunch cake, Pumpkin-Apple streusel muffins, individual peach crumbles, or our famous lavender scones.

Main course favorites include:

  • Almond French toast stuffed with strawberries and cream with Vermont maple syrup and Applewood smoked bacon
  • Gruyere Cheese and Croissant Egg Bake served with Hollandaise and flavored with fresh Sage from our kitchen garden
  • Full English breakfast with sausage and bacon, tomato, mushrooms, and eggs
  • Homemade Belgian waffles with Pineapple Calypso Topping, and a super European sausage
  • Miss Molly’s accommodates guests who have special dietary needs, including lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance and vegetarian, vegan and diabetic guests. What our guests are saying…

Comfortable and relaxing B&B My wife and I are frequent B&B people and we rate Miss Molly’s as one of the best. It was our first visit to Miss Molly’s and we really liked it… We totally enjoyed our stay, especially the wonderful and very tasty breakfasts. Renata and Dave are the owners and were as hospitable and friendly as you can get without being intrusive. They have a wonderful, and very comfortable two section fully screened in porch that we used frequently. It includes beverages and snacks…We would definitely go back to Miss Molly’s!
