Our Chincoteague Inn welcomes you to Chincoteague Island! We look forward to serving as your base camp while exploring Virginia’s Eastern Shore.

Covid-19 Safety: The well-being and health of our guests and staff is our top priority. Our cleaning and social distancing guidelines implemented reflect our high level of standards.

To ensure every guest experience is as safe as possible, we have enhanced our cleaning procedures. You will find there are plenty of seating areas to enjoy while maintaining safe social distance should you choose. Seating at breakfast will be provided at distanced tables.

Renata and Dave and All Miss Molly’s Staff are fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus. We offer daily room service from our Fully Vaccinated Housekeeping Staff. If you prefer our staff NOT to enter your room during your visit, please let us know at breakfast.

Disinfectant is provided throughout the house. Our common areas on the first floor include three separate rooms. Or venture outside to the front porch with ample seating, or to our large, screened porch & guest snack area, or our upper deck to relax or eat snacks or dinner.

Please let us know how we can make you feel the most comfortable. Stay Small, Stay Safe at Miss Molly’s. put your mind at ease by staying at our small inn, with no more than 15 guests at any given time. We will do everything in our power to make your stay with us both special and safe

Miss Molly’s Policies

  • Please observe our no smoking policy in the house.
  • Children with well-behaved parents are welcome. Our third floor two-bedroom Mazza Family Suite with capacity for 6 is well equipped for families traveling together.
  • We accept dogs under 35 pounds in ONLY our Bay Room and Third Floor Two-bedroom Mazza Suite. Our dog fee is $35.00 a night. Please contact Renata Murphy at hosts@missmollys-inn.com or 757-336-6686 to review our Dog Policy in detail.
  • A two or three night minimum is required on summer or holiday weekends.
  • A credit card with one night deposit is necessary to secure your booking. Full payment will be taken the morning of arrival.
  • No refunds due to weather.
  • No refunds for early departure.
  • We accept gift certificates – Please inquire about purchasing Miss Molly’s Gift Certificates!
  • Our Cancellation Policy: A ten-day notice of cancellation is required at our Virginia Bed and Breakfast. If less than ten days notice is given, any refund will be based on our ability to re-rent the room. All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee.
  • Miss Molly’s is available for intimate wedding receptions, elopements and small retreats. Please call Renata Murphy to inquire about available packages at 757-336-6686.
  • The prices shown for each guestroom reflect a range from mid-week off-season through peak season weekends. Call us at 1-757-336-6686 and we’ll be happy to give you the specific rate that would apply to your stay with us. Ask us about our discounts for extended stays!
  • Daily rates are based on double occupancy and include our gourmet three course breakfast.
  • Check in time: 2p.m.( if the room is ready you may have it earlier). Check out time: 11a.m.
  • Taxes and gratuities are not included.
  • All reservations of 6 days or more and special events require a 50% deposit including taxes and fees.
